Any not for profit organization or community service program can apply for discounted service by
sending a letter to the following address:

The letter should be on company letterhead and should include all of the following items that are
applicable to each individual organization.

·         503c Federal Tax Number

·         Mission Statement of Organization

·         Number of employees/members

·         Services Provided

·         The percent of funds allotted to administration (fund raisers only)

The mention of  KC Online in advertisement for these organizations either in the form of listing
a web site address or e-mail address at KC Online’s  domain or a foot-note stating that service
is provided by KC Online is greatly appreciated.

Individuals

The following individuals also may request discounted service:

·         Law Enforcement officers or workers

·         Fire Department workers (employed full-time)

·         EMS employees (employed full-time)

·         Teachers or school employees (employed full-time)

These individuals should:

·         Apply in person

·         Bring Identification
